WHEREAS, on May 13, 1981 , bids were received for the
cleaning and painting of the exterior of the five-million gallon
ground storage tank located at the Loeb Well Pump Station; and,
WHEREAS, Industrial Coatings of Beaumont, Inc. submitted
a bid in the amount of $ 12,853. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Industrial Coatings of Beaumont, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Industrial Coatings of Beaumont, Inc. in the
amount of $ 12, 853.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for same.
