R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1981 , the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with TWR Telecom, Inc. for the
construction of a 400-foot radio tower at the Water Treatment
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 400-foot radio tower is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment in the amount of
$61 , 054. 15 to TWR Telecom, Inc. for the construction of the
tower.
