R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a document dedicating a 16-foot wide easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company across property at the Municipal Airport to
provide service to facilities occupied by Donald Born.
