BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay the amount of
$4,746.00 to L. 0. Block Construction Company for the purchase
and hauling of sand to the landfill to meet State Health
Department regulations for garbage covering. The purchase of
sand was an emergency to comply with State Health Department
regulations.
