R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Orgain, Bell & Tucker is hereby employed as securities
counsel to the City in connection with the proposed sale of
general obligation street improvement bonds, Series 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to pay from the proceeds of the sale of the
bonds fees and expenses to Orgain, Bell & Tucker not to exceed
$15 ,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
