R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreement has been negotiated for the purchase
from Mobil Oil Corporation of one parcel of right-of-way needed
for the Lindbergh Drive Project (82-B-561-475 ) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from Mobil Oil Corporation of the following
parcel is hereby authorized:
Lindbergh Drive Project (82-B-561-475)
Parcel 9 : 1,862.5 square feet out of parts of Lots
16 and 17 , Block 3, of the Caldwood Acres
for $12,000.00;
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of y�-jam , 1981 .
