R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Resolution 81-133 adopted by the City Council
on March 24, 1981 accepting certain water, sanitary sewer, storm
sewer and paving improvements constructed in Dowlen West, Units XX
and XXI for maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, the improvements constructed in Dowlen West
Unit XXI to be accepted for maintenance were incorrectly described
as Lots 11-17, Blk. 2; Lots 18-34, Blk. 4; Lots 1-28, Blk. 5; Lots
1-17 , Blk. 6; and Lots 1-8, Blk. 7, of said addition; and,
WHEREAS, the correct description of the improvements
constructed in Dowlen West Units XXI to be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont are as follows:
Lots 24-29, Blk. 33; Lots 9-24, Blk. 35;
Lots 18-32, Blk. 34; Lots 9-24, Blk. 35;
Lots 11-20, Blk. 36; and Lots 4-14, Blk. 37.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving
improvements in Dowlen West, Unit XXI, as corrected above, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
