BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manger be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Buford-Carroll Street Project
to provide for the replacement of a six inch water line in the
amount of $67,51/0.74.
