BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract heretofore awarded for lease/purchase financing
for equipment deliveries between April 1 and June 30, 1981, to
Dexel Leasing Corporation, New York, is hereby canceled, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
First Continental Leasing for lease/purchase financing of
equipment deliveries between April 1 and June 30, 1981, at an
effective interest rate of 9.45%.
