R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing limestone
base material for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Davidson Materials, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $2.10/Ton plus rail freight; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Davidson Materials, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Davidson Materials, Inc. in the amount of
$2.10/Ton plus rail freight be accepted by the City of Beaumont,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
