WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of
sidewalks and deck at Fletcher Park; and,
WHEREAS, Matrix Construction, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $10,755.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Matrix Construction, Inc. should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Matrix Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Matrix Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$10,755. 00 for the construction of sidewalks and deck at Fletcher
Park.
