R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS on December 3 , 1979, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Preload Technology, Inc. for
construction of a five-million gallon water reservoir; and,
WHEREAS on December 3 , 1979, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Mar Len, Inc. for the installation
of storage tank yard piping; and,
WHEREAS, these projects have been completed in
accordance with the contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $24,200.00 to Preload Technology,
Inc. for the construction of a five-million gallon water
reservoir, and make final payment in the amount of $24,405.93 to
Mar-Len, Inc. for the installation of storage tank yard piping.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
