R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Westinghouse Electric Company $1,748.00 for repair of a pump at
the Irving Street Underpass. Repair is an emergency because the
pump must be operational to prevent flooding.
