BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue
a notice of cancellation to Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas
cancelling health, accident, and life insurance coverage effective
midnight May 31 , 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to enter into an agreement with The Texas
Municipal League Insurance Trust to provide similar health,
accident, and life insurance for city employees and dependents.
