BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Kinsel Ford, Inc. to repair wrecked city vehicles at
fixed labor, materials charges, and parts for a period of one (1)
year at the following rates:
Repair rate per hour $16.00
Refinish rate per hour 16 .00
Materials charge rate/hour 7. 00
New parts cost - less 10%
Used parts cost - plus 25%
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
