RESOLUTION NO. �L
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1996, sealed bids were received for a one (1) year
contract for the purchase of gaskets, couplings, meter boxes, ells, street ells, bushing
reducers, manhole covers, plugs and wyes which are used for various sewer line repairs
for the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted a bids;

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Coburn
Supply and Golden Triangle Pipe should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Coburn Supply and Golden Triangle Pipe for a one (1)
year contract for the purchase of gaskets, couplings, meter boxes, ells, street ells,
bushing reducers, manhole covers, plugs and wyes which are used for various sewer
line repairs for the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division in the
above amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
