RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) IBM 3130 printer
through the State of Texas, General Services commission, Catalogue Purchase
Procedure; and,
WHEREAS, BCL, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$20,077; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by BCL, Inc. is the
best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BCL, Inc. for one (1) IBM 3130 printer in the amount of$20,077
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
