R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to purchase
necessary right-of-way for the Spur 380 Highland Connector (Parcel
32) from Theresa Coco Fertitta for the total consideration of
$83,500.
