R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a
residence and garage located at 8250 Old Voth Road; and,
WHEREAS, Kell R. Jones submitted a bid in the amount of
$8,001.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kell R. Jones should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kell R. Jones in the amount of $8,001.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
