R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing a towable
steel wheel roller for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, HiWay Equipment Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $9,134.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by HiWay Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of HiWay Equipment Company in the amount of $9,134.00
be, and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
