R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the plans and specifications for the construction of the
Riverfont Park pedestrian underpass are hereby approved and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for said
project.
