BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Southwestern Laboratories, Inc. to provide
Geotechnical Engineering Services on the Riverfront Park Project
in an amount not to exceed $3,600.
