R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing various sizes
of reinforced concrete pipe, r amneck, and ramneck primer for the
City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company submitted the
following bid:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company in the amounts
stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
