BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
parts to repair a bulldozer at the landfill from George P. Baine,
Inc. for $2,724.68. This is an emergency purchase in that it is
used to perform necessary work required by the State Health
Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
