R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
five acres of land adjacent to the Sewage Treatment Plant out of
the James Rowe Survey from Mrs. Garland Reeves and Mr. Frank Blair
Reeves for $3,750.00.
