WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing three (3 )
flail mower and four (4 ) bush hogs for Water Reclamation, Street,
and Parks & Recreation Departments; and,
WHEREAS, Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,720.00 each for the flail mowers and $1,257.00
each for the bush hogs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Audilet Tractor Sales, Inc. in the amount of
$10 ,190.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
