WHEREAS, on November 18 , 1980, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company
for the Pinchback Road Extension Participation Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Pinchback Road Extension Participation Project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $16 ,007.15 to E. R. DuPuis
Concrete Company for said project.
