WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing pea gravel
for the Liberia, Carroll Street, and Pine Street Parks projects;
and,
WHEREAS, Transit Mix Concrete Company submitted a bid in
the amount of $16 .30/ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Transit Mix Concrete Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Transit Mix Concrete Company in the amount of
$16 .30/ton be, and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
