BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
Kinsel Ford, Inc. $1 ,975.00 for the purchase and installation of
a rebuilt transmission for a side loading refuse truck. This
purchase is an emergency in that this refuse truck is necessary
for orderly and timely collection of garbage.
