BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
$4,500.00 to Westinghouse Electric Company for the repairs to a
sewage pump at the Water Reclamation Plant. This repair is an
emergency in that this sewage pump handles forty percent of the
plant' s capacity.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
