WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing a table and
chair unit for Fire Station No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, Sysco Food Service submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,598.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Sysco Food Service should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Sysco Food Service in the amount of $1,598.00 be,
and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
