R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing trees,
plants, and shrubs for the No. 1 Fire Station; and,
WHEREAS, Rand Landscape Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $6,483. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rand Landscape Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rand Landscape Company in the amount of $6,483.00
be, and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
