R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing lawn mowers
for the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Tyrrell Hardware Company submitted the
following bid:
25 - Standard Rotary Mowers - $126. 28 each
5 - Self-Propelled Mowers with - 171. 20 each
Grass Catchers
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Tyrrell Hardware Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Tyrrell Hardware Company in the amount of
$4,013,00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
