WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted by Goodyear Services Stores, General Tire Service, and
Sears, Roebuck & Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids of Goodyear Services Stores, General Tire Service,
and Sears, Roebuck & Company for various tires are hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager pay for same upon
delivery.
