R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on January 6, 1981 , the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with E. R. DuPuis Concrete Co. for the
construction of the Dowlen West Unit XX - Westgate Extension
Participation Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
payment in the amount of $24,701.20 to E. R. Dupuis Concrete
Company for the construction of the Dowlen West Unit XX - Westgate
Extension Participation Project.
