WHEREAS, on August 12, 1980, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with ADCO, Inc. for the Elinor Assessment
Paving Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Elinor Assessment Paving Project is hereby accepted and
the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final
payment in the amount of $19,462. 26 to ADCO, Inc. for said
project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
