R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for enclosing an open
storage shed for the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Herman Myers, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $8,036.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Herman Myers, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Herman Myers, Inc. is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Herman Myers, Inc. in the amount of $8,036.00 for
enclosing an open storage shed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
