WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of three parcels of right-of-way needed for the Lindbergh
Drive Project (82-B 561-475) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Lindbergh Drive Project (82-B 561-475)
Parcel 1: 3,790.1 square foot tract out of Lots 4,
51 and 6 , Block 7 of the Caldwood Acres
for $16 ,975.00;
Parcel 2 : 2,112 .5 square foot tract out of Lots
14 and 15, Block 2 of the Caldwood
Acres for $15,500.00;
Parcel 6 : 1 ,000.0 square foot tract out of West
280 feet of Lot 10, Block 6 of the
Caldwood Acres for $7,200.00.
