WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing prerecorded
video tapes for the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, The Video Mart submitted a bid in the amount
$1 ,362.25; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by The Video Mart should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of The Video Mart in the amount of $1,362.25 be, and
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
