WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition and
removal of City owned structures at 813 , 805, 805 1/2 , and 807
Buford Street; and,
WHEREAS, C. F. Walker submitted a bid in the amount of
$2,380. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by C. F. Walker is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of C. F. Walker is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with C. F. Walker in the amount of $2,380.00 for the
demolition and removal of City owned structures at 813 , 805, 805
1/2 , and 807 Buford Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
