BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
three (3 ) year agreements with J & R Food Specialties, Inc. and
Doug Nelson' s Catering Service for catering services at the
following locations:
1. J & R Food Specialties
Harvest Club
YMBL Building
North & South Exhibition Buildings
Fair Park Grounds
2. Doug Nelson Catering Service
Municipal Athletic Complex
Babe Zaharias Park
Alice Keith Pool
Magnolia Pool
Other areas as may be designated
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city' s percentage of
payment is hereby described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID
FROM: J. & R. Food Specialties, Inc. , Category I
Doug Nelson's Catering Service, Category II
FOR: Three (3) year contract for furnishing
catered food and concessions for locations
as stated in attached specifications.
PERCENTAGE TO BE PAID TO CITY:
Category I : 1 . 12% of gross receipts from catered food sales
2. 27% of gross receipts from concession food sales
3. 150 of gross receipts from sale of novelties
4. 27.5% of gross receipts from beer & wine sales
5. 10% of gross receipts from all other sales
Category II : 1 . 10% of gross receipts from catered food sales
2. 10% of gross receipts from concession food sales
3. 10% of gross receipts from sale of novelties
4. 10% of gross receipts from beer & wine sales
5. 10% of gross receipts from all other sales
USAGE: Category I - Civic Center
Category II - Parks & Recreation
