WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing 4 ,800 sq. ft.
of 2" perforated vinyl accoustical panels for the Civic Center;
and,
WHEREAS, Central Distributing Company submitted a bid
in the amount $26,125.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Central Distributing Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Central Distributing Company in the amount of
$26,125.00 be, and is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the ra day of 1981.
