WHEREAS, on September 30, 1980, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Mar-Len, Inc. for the Census Tract 20
Project No. CDBG B-79-MC-48-003; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Census Tract 20 Project No. CDBG B-79-MC-48-003 is hereby
accepted and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make final payment in the amount of $62,644.88 to Mar-Len, Inc.
for said project.
