WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of two parcels of right-of-way needed for the Lindbergh
Drive Project (82-B 561-475) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels are hereby authorized:
Lindbergh Drive Project (82-B 561-475)
Parcel 4 : 420.0 square foot tract out of East 185'
of the North 42' of Lot 13 , Block 2 of
the Caldwood Acres for $1,430.00;
Parcel 10 : 1 ,209.0 square foot tract out of
parts of Lots 15 , 16 , 17 , and 18,
Block 3 of the Caldwood Acres for
$4,625. 00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
