WHEREAS, bids were received for updating the current
zoning map at 200-scale for the Planning and Zoning Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Fittz , Crozier, and Shipman submitted a bid in
the amount of $6,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Fittz , Crozier, and Shipman is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fittz , Crozier, and Shipman in the amount of
$6,000.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to make payment for same.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
