BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
emergency purchase of 74 gallons of grout from John Bankston
Construction Company for $5,550.00 for the Grant Street Project.
