R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) film
inspection machine for the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Research Technology International submitted a
bid in the amount of $8,925.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Research Technology International should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Research Technology International in the amount of
$8,925.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
