WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing repairs to
the parking area surface and main entrance at the Wilson Art
Center; and,
WHEREAS, James Holmes Enterprises, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $1,350.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by James Holmes Enterprises, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid received from James Holmes Enterprises, Inc. is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with James Holmes
Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $1,350.00 for furnishing
repairs to the parking area surface and main entrance at the
Wilson Art Center.
