BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manger be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Buford-Carroll Street Project
to provide for the removal and relocation of existing fence in an
amount of $3,760.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
