WHEREAS, the developer of Park on Thomas Road, Lots 1-10,
B1k. 9 and Lots 1-16 , Blk. 10, the same being Thomas Park east and
west of Thomas Road for a distance of approximately 508 feet, has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said addition desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving improvements
at the Park on Thomas Road, as above described be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
